try right clicking on the zipped folder and click the extract all option

oh i had the same problem as you and i later learned out that you have to download a program that will help extract or open your winzip file. Go to download.com and download winrar or winzip or some type of file opener. Afterwards when it is install on your computer. You can go to your winzip files and right click on your mouse and click on extract. After extracting the winzip file, a file will appear and when you open it up, the songs are in there and then you simply drag the songs into your itunes library or double click on it.
